Optional Maximum Indexes.
Made the use of the maximum index values (36.4 for men and 40.4 for women)
optional.

Fix for Invalid Date Problem.
Added a fix for when invalid dates are encountered.
This fix will recognize invalid dates and replace them with
“99/99/9999”. Any score with an invalid date will be marked
as Invalid and Incomplete.

32-bit. GolfCalc now takes advantage of the 32-bit bus used
by Windows 95 and NT, including all later versions of Windows.
This version will not run under Windows 3.x.
